October 7th marks the anniversary of the death of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum and that occasion is a moment of reflection on the life of a leader who, with his wisdom and intelligence, was able to bring goodness, prosperity, security and stability to his country and his people, and draw the map. He laid the first building block for Dubai’s excellence and leadership, until it became referred to as a building in the sky of global excellence and leadership.
May God have mercy on a leader who left us and whose fragrant biography remains present in our hearts and consciences.
